Crochet Patterns that Bring a Touch of Witchy Whimsy to Your World
As we all know, I’m a hardcore Halloween lover, and I think that every day can use a bit of spooky whimsy! So, I’ve collected these 5 witch doll crochet patterns that I think might just do that! Make one, or make them all! But whatever you do, don’t forget to make a little magic for someone in your life this Halloween season (even if that ‘someone’ is you)!

#5 – Regina the Witch by Jess Huff
This adorable witch doll has rosy cheeks, striped leggings, and curly red hair. She’d make a great gift for any plushy lover. The doll is approximately 19 inches tall when complete, and Ms Huff includes plenty of helpful info in her pattern to make it beginner friendly! I like this pattern because it looks squishably soft!
#4 – Sami the Crochet Witch by Cheryl
I just love the cheerful purple pigtails and happy smile this pattern includes. The finished doll is small, about 6.5 inches in height, which makes it a great alternative to candy for the under-three crowd. Just swap the plastic eyes for embroidered ones, and you’re set!
#3 – Witch Doll Crochet Pattern from Amigurumi Today
These little witch dolls include fashionable dresses and matching hats. Plus, their little turned in toes are too cute! The website reports that this finished doll should measure about 8 inches tall when you use their recommended yarn and hook, but it’d be super easy to make a large, squishy doll with a heavier yarn and a larger hook. Imagine a doll made with velvet yarn for some extra softness!
#2– The Littlest Witches by Bella Crochet
Look at the intricate, lacy dresses these little witches are wearing! They’re made with shell stitches and I think they’re gorgeous. Because these dolls don’t have plastic eyes, and the dresses are “empty” (they don’t have legs in there), I think these dolls would make great loveys for babies! Just make sure to secure the hat, and crochet the hair strands first.
