As someone who didn’t know how to crochet a few weeks ago, I took the dive and purchased this pattern as the first thing to learn with. The directions are well written and the terminology is easy to follow. I was able to make a bottle with the first go around and see improvements with each new one I start. If you have never picked up a crochet hook before, don’t be intimidated! This pattern is great for a determined beginner!
This pattern was so thorough and easy to follow! I couldn’t be happier and will definitely be buying from here again! I made mine without the beltloop for personal preference!

Such an easy to follow pattern and well presented!
The results are beautiful every time, so worth it ♡
I love the pattern, but guess I crochet a bit too loose, so had to use a #F hook instead, but the bottle still doesn’t hold its shape well. I do believe it’s the yarn I’m using, I need to get stiffer yarn 🙂 So much fun to make, and the directions are well done
Hi, Carolyn! Thanks for your review! I just want to be sure: are you using 2 strands of yarn held together when you’re crocheting? If not, you will get a looser stitch and a floppy potion bottle. Hope this helps! Feel free to reach out with any questions. 🙂
